U-17 Women get 5-0 win over Curacao
Trinidad and Tobago’s U-17 Women were big winners in their opening match versus hosts Curacao on Saturday in Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Championship Qualifying.

Head Coach Rajesh Latchoo said after the win that he was pleased about the winning start.
“I was pleased to see the way the girls settled down as the game progressed and then took control. I was pleased with the intensity in the first half and being able to keep Curacao on the backfoot for most of it. Credit also to the hosts for their second half performance and their attempt to come back into the game.
“This game allowed us to see some of the areas we need to improve on as we continue to build as a team. Some of the players have the experience of playing in Concacaf while a few are new to the environment. We will try to tighten up on some areas as we head into the second game against Cayman Islands,” Latchoo told TTFA Media
