TTPFL Knockout Cup Kicks Off

The TT Premier Football League (TTPFL) will launch the PFL Knockout Cup which begins with a Prelim Round on 28 June 2023 and concludes with a Final on 15 July 2023.

This competition will involve Clubs from the TTPFL Tier 1 and Tier 2 which means that teams from the top divisions in local football, from communities across Trinidad and Tobago, will face off against each other to be crowned Cup champion.

The Prelim Round will feature five (5) matches involving the five (5) lowest ranked Tier 1 Clubs versus the five (5) lowest ranked Tier 2 Clubs as per TTPFL standings as at Monday 26 June 2023.

Prelim Round Fixtures – 28 June 2023:

• San Juan Jabloteh vs TT Defence Force FC (2) – La Horquetta Recreation Ground – 5 PM
• Central FC vs Guaya United – La Horquetta Recreation Ground – 7 PM
• Heritage Petroleum Point Fortin Civic vs Petit Valley Diego Martin Utd – Mahaica Sports Complex – 6 PM
• Prison Service FC vs Matura Reunited – YTC Grounds (Arouca) – 5 PM
• Cunupia FC vs Bethel United SC – TBC

The five (5) Winners of the Prelim Round, will join the five (5) highest ranked Tier 1 Clubs and the six (6) highest ranked Tier 2 Clubs as per the TTPFL standings as at Monday 26 June 2023 and be entered into the Round of 16 random draw which will be held on Thursday 29 June 2023. The Round of 16 matches will be held on 1 July 2023.

• Tier 1: Defence Force FC (1), AC Port of Spain, Tiger Tanks Club Sando, Terminix La Horquetta Rangers, Police FC (1)
• Tier 2: Phoenix FC, QPCC FC, San Fernando Giants, Harlem Strikers, TT Police FC (2), UTT FC
• Prelim Round Winners: 5 Clubs

The Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals will be held on 4 July 2023 and 7 July 2023 respectively.
