The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA) is now accepting applications for the position of Club Licensing Manager. The Club Licensing Manager is responsible and accountable for reviewing and compiling Club Licensing data in accordance with Concacaf and TTFA pre-requisites and managing the process for Clubs to receive approval.

The Club Licensing manager will:
• Guide all qualified Clubs towards Club Licensing by ensuring they meet domestic and regional Club Licensing requirements (where applicable);
• Establish in unison with Concacaf, deadlines for submission of Club Licensing Documents;
• Act as a point of contact for Club Licensing in Trinidad and Tobago for Concacaf and Clubs;
• Organize Club Licensing workshops with Concacaf and Clubs as required;
• Liaise with Concacaf and FIFA regarding Club Licensing regulations;
• Disburse all Club Licensing documents to the First Instance Bodies as required
• Communicate with Clubs regarding the status of their applications
• Collaborate regularly with the key members of the TTFA staff on Club Licensing and Compliance matters such as but not limited to, the General Secretary and the Competitions and Registrations Manager.
• Sign to and uphold the TTFA Code of Conduct.
• Any other related duties.


Notice of Vacancy – FIFA Forward Projects Manager

The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA) is now accepting applications for the position of Club Licensing Manager. The FIFA Forward Projects Manager is responsible for the management, development and monitoring of all FIFA Forward Projects within the TTFA. The FIFA Forward Projects Manager will:
• Lead the Project Management process for all FIFA Forward Programmes;
• Establish in unison with FIFA, deadlines for submission of Project Documentation;
• Act as a Point of Contact for FIA Forward Projects in Trinidad and Tobago for FIFA;
• Ensure that TTFA procurement policies and other related policies of the TTFA are adhered to throughout the relevant FIFA Forward Project;
• Collaborate regularly with the key members of the TTFA Staff on FIFA Forward Funding, Project implementation and procurement such as but not limited to, the General Secretary and the Finance Manager;
• Sign to and uphold the TTFA Code of Conduct;
• Any other related duties.

The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA) is now accepting applications for the position of Integrity Officer. The Integrity Officer is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of Domestic Football by combating match manipulation and other forms of unlawful influence:

• Implement and promote preventive measures to protect football matches and competitions from manipulation.
• Educate stakeholders, including players, coaches, and officials, about the importance of integrity in football and the risks associated with match manipulation.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into any allegations or suspicions of match manipulation.
• Monitor betting markets and gather intelligence to identify potential threats to the integrity of football matches.
• Work closely with various partners, including law enforcement agencies, sports organizations, and other integrity units, to expand the network and effectiveness of integrity measures.
• Assist member associations and confederations in developing and implementing their own integrity initiatives. • Ensure compliance with FIFA’s regulations and guidelines on integrity matters.
• Prepare detailed reports on integrity issues and investigations for FIFA’s review.
• Participate in global forums and summits, such as the FIFA Integrity Summit, to stay updated on global integrity trends, share best practices, and collaborate on strategies to combat match manipulation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: A degree in law, criminology, sports management, or a related field
• Experience: Prior experience in investigations, compliance, law enforcement, or a similar role within sports organizations is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess risks, monitor betting patterns, and conduct thorough investigations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively educate stakeholders and collaborate with various partners.

The Custodial Officer – Home of Football is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager to maintain and upkeep the Home of Football facilities by:
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings at the Home of Football facilities;
• Assist in maintaining inventory of all equipment and supplies at the Home of Football;
• Performing hospitality responsibilities for guests at the Home of Football facility;
• Any other such duties as may occasionally and reasonably be assigned by the Facilities Manager and General Secretary

The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing and delivering professional and high quality for various purposes including Promotions, Matches, Training sessions, Seminars, Workshops and any other related occurrences.

Key responsibilities include:

Video Production:
• Plan, film, and edit video content in accordance with TTFA Requirements
• Coordinate all aspects of video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Operate video cameras, drones, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.

Pre-Production:
• Collaborate with Players, Staff, Coaches and the Head of Media and Communications to develop concepts and ideas for video projects.
• Conduct location scouting, organize shoots, and prepare necessary equipment.
• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

Post-Production:
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other editing tools.
• Add graphics, effects, music, sound, and voiceovers to enhance video quality.
• Ensure final videos meet the project specifications and are delivered within the agreed deadlines.

Equipment Management:
• Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with all related team members to understand project goals and deliverables.

Administrative Duties:
• Execute administrative tasks such as scheduling shoots, managing contracts, and invoicing clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
