CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (BOYS & GIRLS)
The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association is inviting suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for positions within its High-Performance Program (Boys & Girls).
Approval has been granted for the following positions, and the TTFA is now accepting applications:
Positions Available:
Head Coach – Boys U15
Assistant Coach – Boys U15
Head Coach – Girls U15
Assistant Coach – Girls U15
Goalkeeper Coach
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Physiotherapist
Equipment Managers
Administrators
Essential Qualifications:
A License certificate or equivalent – for Head Coach positions.
B License certificate or equivalent – for Assistant Coach positions.
At least six (6) years of coaching experience (for all coaching positions).
All potential candidates should have at least Level 2 in Safeguarding.
Relevant qualifications and experience for technical and support staff positions (Goalkeeper Coach, Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Equipment Managers, Administrators)

Role-Specific Requirements:
Strength and Conditioning Coach:
Candidates should hold a BSc in sports science/ exercise physiology or related field, a certificate in sport S&C and have 3 years of experience working in football. Candidates with only a certificate in sport strength and conditioning and sufficient experience working in football could be considered.
Physiotherapist:
Candidates should be a duly licensed physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Trinidad and Tobago and have 3 years experience working in sport.

Skills + Leadership Qualities:
The candidate must possess a high degree of leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate and guide individuals and groups toward achieving shared goals. This includes demonstrated experience in decision-making, conflict resolution, team building, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
The ideal candidate should lead by example, communicate a clear vision, and adapt their leadership style to suit various situations and personalities within a high-performance setting.
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating reports, delivering presentations, session planning, and managing data effectively.
Requirements:
-Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development within a high-performance environment.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with coaches, technical staff, and program participants.
-Exhibit trustworthiness and maintain high standards of professionalism.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute positively to a team setting.
-Capacity to document and report on progress, activities and outcomes.
-Maintain personal records and tracking systems related to program participation.
-Adhere to program codes of conduct, rules and regulations.
-Report any issues or incidents to program coordinators promptly.
-Ability to adapt and take on additional tasks as directed by program leadership.
-Maintain open lines of communication between participants and program administrators.
